MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

The city of Marseille is in shock. Angèle, depressive and alcoholic woman in her fifties, has been pulled from the window of a building in the center of the city. His violent death provokes the return of an infamous character belonging to the past of the city. Romain is Garraud, who just got out of prison after 15 years in jail for the rape of a minor. The victim, Isabelle, Angèle daughter was 8 years old when the crime was committed.
