MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1961 film?

Every year in September, a billionaire business man leaves New York and goes to rest his Italian villa with his girlfriend Roman. But one year is no warning in July and, to his surprise, he finds that his luxurious mansion is being used as a hotel.
