MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Four young Us americans who've each suffered a terrible Brain Injury emerge from their comas at a New Jersey medical center. Their eyes are available, however now the actual challenge for every single of the clients, their own families, their physicians and their practitioners begins. Mind recovery is not predictable, we're told, and certainly just isn't guaranteed. So with each 'major' step forward that is noticed (starting one's eyes, bending a thumb upon demand, vocalizing a word, responding to a question correctly) comes a sense of jubilant relief and hope through the categories of these clients, but once we soon see, the greater a patient advances, the more hard things is for many included. Moments of faith & wish contrast with disappointments & frustrations, moments of confidence with moments of doubt. It is difficult to watch, and unimaginable to have to ever live through.
