MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1970 film?

During the Cold War, Dr. Charles Forbin made a security system and sophisticated communication that works through a powerful supercomputer Colossus llquerido. It aims to ensure the defense of the U.S., and around the world and preserve peace regardless of human decisions. Once operational, Colossus detects the existence of Guardian, a very similar Russian system, and begins to take the necessary decisions to prevent the outbreak of nuclear war.
