MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Mexico's 1994, a turbulent year since its inception. An Indian rebellion centering the country. Three months later the candidate of the ruling party is killed after a rally in Tijuana. The country is appalled. No one knows who is behind it, it looks like a conspiracy. Andres Vazquez, an expert on intelligence, is commissioned to conduct a secret investigation parallel to the official investigation. But another officer, " The Dry", has been ordered to remove all witnesses and destroy the evidence of the murder of the candidate. Under orders intricate puzzle pieces, Andrew is getting closer to the truth, but also will increasingly putting their lives at risk and their loved ones.
