MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

From the relationship between a pediatrician Mason and South American singer Elena and Clara were born two years apart. Elena is very restless and nervous. Clara, however, is dreamy, shy and very spiritual. Elena Clara used to tell his dreams, and Clara dreams day and night with them, with the adventures that her sister had imagined and especially they would travel together. With the passage of time know love, but suddenly, something unexpected sour their lives: to Clara diagnosed with a serious illness. Elena then leaves everything to dump all your love on her sister. And so discover that their single most cherished dream is that her sister still lives.
