MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

During more than thirty years, a department of the Condesa neighborhood in Mexico City, is the stage on which are held Ten Stories that mixed form one whose only constant is the breakdown. The passage of time and the outside world only guess through the windows and the objects that accompany the characters. The group is a great solitude, possible in a city of the blind.
