MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Bruno Lazaro second film, again a film disturbing and elegant. Cyberpunk Thriller, shot in black and white, the story takes place in a near future in which people have to live and work in cities at night because during the day life is unattainable due to solar radiation. Or so it seems. The main character is a scientist working for a private company creating a scanner can read the dreams and memories of the human mind. May also alter. In addition to the plot, well built, in the line of Phillip K. Dick or William Gibson, the most important of the story is the precious and disturbing use of architecture and urban spaces, showing " the imminence of the future in this " style of Alphaville, Godard, Marker's La Jetée or first Cronenberg. Poetic, intimate, sexy and experimental, minimalist science fiction is the best.
