MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

It tells the story in a suburb of Queens, New York, two orphaned brothers Latino, Ale and Isamar, who make a living working on what they can: he in a workshop, among other various jobs, and she serving food by day and prostitute by night, with only 16 years.
