MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1984 film?

Colonel Yamaki is looking for Locke, an esper with powers beyond imagination that have given the title of The Superman of the Galaxies. The Colonel tries to involve him in a mission to investigate Lady Kahn, a millionaire who adopts an enigmatic espers to right. This film is a prequel of Chojin Locke: Shin Sekai Sentai (1991).
