MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

The filmmaker Edet Belzberg transports us to the streets of Bucharest in Romania, which presents five children addicted to drugs, living in the subway tunnels and barely survive on the streets begging. After the fall of Ceausescu and because of its family planning policy which criminalized abortion and recommended against the use of contraceptives, began to emerge a serious problem of abandoned children living on the streets. Having fled home abuse or torture in state orphanages, over 20,000 children were forced to live in the worst conditions without homes or even the slightest basic right. The principal focus in the foreground the lives of 5 of these guys, painfully unaware of the horrors of her tragic reality and struggle daily to survive.
