MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

Cindy and Lucy are eighteen two girls College Road. But first they must fulfill a ritual, and to fulfill have to swim through an abandoned church crypt. The Lucy crucufijo falls overboard and sinks, unfortunately, to where Czakyr, an ancient vampire, lies. This makes Czakyr back to life and that his main desire is the virgin blood of Lucy.
