MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

JIM When a Hong Kong police take a statement KWAN routinely arrested for using the video camera in the ladies' room, he was gathering evidence tells about a global conspiracy of a group of women to exterminate men. Jim can not discern if Kwan is trying to escape conviction or if he really believes this absurd conspiracy theory. But when Kwan disappears, along with the evidence of her statement, Jim realizes that society is not only real but has infiltrated all levels of society, including the police. Without Jim unknowingly CHEUNG his wife was a member of the group, but left by her love for him. Eager to find clues and not knowing who to trust, Jim put under surveillance PUN, the ex-wife of Kwan, and just starting a passionate affair that society learns. What Cheung decide to do now, when the group was asked to re- join them ? ? ?
