MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1929 film?

The Man with the House, much along the lines of " Berlin, Symphony of a Great City", is a portrait of Saint Petersburg composed of hundreds of filmic touches on everyday life in the city. Arguably, it is a pointillist portrait in which only all the short pieces allow St. Petersburg perceive in its entirety. With the complicity of his brother, the operator Mikhail Kaufman, Vertov, true to his theories, does not allow for a moment that you can assume that any of these pieces can imagine created. Thus in the fast mounting plasma Vertov's fascination by Constructivism and Futurism, constantly introduces images with your camera operator is filming the reality around him.
