MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

Perennially stoned Cheech and Chong tear through the city of Los Angeles, causing trouble anywhere they're going. After Cheech loses his task, both pot enthusiasts visit the welfare offices where Cheech's girlfriend, Donna, works. In the place of gathering unemployment, they end up tossed right back on the roads, trying to find a way to make new earnings. However when Cheech's cousin, "Red" Mendoza, arrives, things get also crazier.
