MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

In Old San Juan a 40+ yr old divorcée is not conscious he befriends a vampire who bites females, perhaps not within their necks however in their derrières, making them with flattened behinds. A vampire hunter from Europe warns Celestino about his neighbor and tries to recruit his help in salvaging a much cherished national history. But there is however a difficulty: this vampire will not perish by a stake through their heart and also to avoid destruction he wears tin underwear.
