MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1961 film?

Laurent is a publicitaro cartoonist who is about to see his dream finally considering going to represent one of the musicals he has written. But adversity will play tricks when Juliette, its main star, suffers a misfortune of movement and look Laurent obliged to hastily find a surrogate for top billing. Perhaps because of the urgency of the circumstances, no Laurent would think that the solution is before his eyes, as Valérie, his girlfriend, formed in a conservatory, is eager to demonstrate their artistic skills and can clinch the title role.
