MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

Set in the fifties in Canada, a time at which a TB epidemic still affected very significantly to several indigenous communities. The disease is spread, and many Inuit Indians were forced from their lands for treatment. One of them, Tivii, reaches a Quebec sanatorium where they say you have to be alone, away from his family and their customs. Facing an uncertain future in an unknown location in speaking a language he does not speak, Tivii find help in a friendly nurse, Carole, Selected by Canada as a candidate for an Oscar for best piece cinematográgica foreign language, although the order failed to be among the five nominees.
