MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Emily Jenkins is social service worker. Emily thinks that their field has seen it all until she meets her newest, most mysterious case, which makes the number 39: a troubled girl abused 10-year old Lilith Sullivan. Worst fears are confirmed when the parents try to kill Lilith the child, his only daughter. Emily saves her and decides to take her, until another foster family comes. But soon decubrirá that Lilith is not as innocent as it seems.
