MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1974 film?

The town of San Trash is in turmoil, knowing that an inspector will come to visit. By a twist of fate, the outsider Calzonzin is mistaken for the inspector, starting a series of entanglements and confusions. The reception parades, visits to a health center and a prison of props. Calzonzin, in turn, falls for the daughter and wife of the corrupt mayor. The villagers, meanwhile, presents his complaints to the inspector, who writes the truth to a journalist, but his letter is intercepted by the postmaster. It is discovered that an imposter Calzonzin, prosecuted and punished him along with fellow Chon. By the real inspector Welcome mechanism is actuated again. Based on The Inspector, Nicolas Gogol, and characters from the cartoon The Supermachos, Rius Eduardo del Río.
