MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Lachlan MacAldonich is Scottish, despite living in California for decades. Former rock star, makes a living working on a farm and selling the products of their leader in a market of Los Angeles. One night ends up in prison for driving under the influence of alcohol. In addition to the fine and stay without a license, Lachlan faces a much more serious problem when you refer to an immigration lawyer: because of the complaint and other brush with the law years ago may face imminent deportation.
