MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1981 film?

On the eve of the anniversary of the California Ballroom Dancing Club many regulars are prepared for the celebration and resolve their problems: a pickpocket who's bad luck to whoever steals surrounding the home of a doctor. He finds it and uses it. The doctor's wife leaves him and the love to her maid, a young woman in danger of going blind. Two men seduce a lady that pose rich. At the end the maid regains his sight, the pickpocket is regenerated and all agree on the feast of California.
