MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

In Helsinki, eighteen men, seventeen of which are called Frank, decide to leave the district in which workers have a life sad and gray to settle in a neighborhood on the other side of town, near the sea, which represents for them a kind of " El Dorado ".
