MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1981 film?

When the budget shortfall forces to close an orphanage in Philadelphia, Vivian Prry decides to help eight special education students and lead them to their uncles farm outside Seattle. Desperate to find a bus driver-mechanic, will meet Joe Braxton, a desperate ex-con who hates women and children.
