MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Miguel is a young politician, brilliant and wealthy family. But the vagaries of life lead him to become an unidentified corpse in a NN, who already in the autopsy table revives, to the horror of a corrupt doctor and their particular students. Miguel flees and finds that he has no memory: does not know who is. From absolute ignorance of himself, Michael will join the show ever since she saw his car, subsisting on marginal solidarity always despised and never took into account who will join hands without any consideration. Meet a trio of friendly corpses seekers, a transvestite libertine a rich cartonero preparing soups and experience the warmth of solidarity when it is beyond everything and is alien to itself, because the politician Miguel longer exists, and there is another essential Miguel struggling to find, if any, a redemption.
