MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1952 film?

Carlo Caretti is a teacher with many economic problems, which tries to raise her family. Parliament, so the dreams always raise the salaries of teachers, so that his life would become easier. After helping an Indian prince who visits Italy, Carlo receives as a gift a young elephant.
