MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Used by more than ten years in a watch factory in Switzerland, the Hungarian immigrant Tobias Horvath sees his life passing as a tragic routine, however, can not be compared with hororres of his past. Raised in poverty by a thief and prostitute, Tobias boy stabbed when he discovered the man was her father and fled the village, a village lost in Eastern Europe, leaving him for dead. Mired in depression and haunted by visions and nightmares, Tobias takes refuge in dreams of writing and the appearance of an imaginary woman, that ideal that searches every woman he meets and eventually materializes in Caroline, an old childhood friend whose love, seemingly utopian will become your only reason for living.
