MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

On a desert island, following the coast of Maracaibo, lives isolated a small team of people miss. The leader, Don Martin, is a mature human being, with a dark past, which is not right in the head for some time. He is accompanied by his wife, a bitter woman, his mistress, a prostitute from the harbor, their daughter Beatrice, the result of a previous marriage, and Herbie, a young autistic.
