In a dystopian Detroit, old brick mansions now give shelter to the most dangerous criminals in the city. In a desperate attempt to protect the public, the police building, around those buildings, a retaining wall. While Damian Coller secret agent fighting a hard battle against corruption, Lino, an ex, try to lead an honest life. When Tremain, the drug lord, kidnaps the bride Lino, Damian accept their help to dismantle the sinister synopsis intended to end town ... Remake of District 13.
