MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

Kate is a singer eccentric New Wave, its appearance is quite quirky and writes letters of great social content. In his crusade against the system, the most hate is the recording industry. However, when Danny offers to be his manager, just accepting. On his way to stardom is slowly losing its principles. In an England convulsed by strikes, unemployment and street clashes, Breaking Glass portrays the corrupt music industry that makes consumer goods and fad even more subversive youth culture. Special mention to the soundtrack performed by Hazel O'Connor.
