MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Ritchie Donovan is a professional thief whose luck has deserted him. Ritchie is forced to go to Russia to steal an antique that is safeguarded in a penthouse in Moscow. Things get out of control and Ritchie psychopaths accomplices kill a lady in the theft and are forced to take hostages when police surrounded on the 13th floor. Everything gets worse when a hostage ends with the severed head and realizes that Ritchie is not the police with which you deal but something much more tragic.
