MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Sakutaro, a writer of science fiction, Setsuko met during the summer of his freshman year. Since then, the couple had stayed together until eventually they married. One day, they discover that Setsuko has cancer. After a doctor had informed him that laughter helps the immune system Sakutaro a short story he wrote his wife every day. A Setsuko had told him he had a year to live, but eventually, he lived for five years. In total, 1,778 Sakutaro wrote short stories for his wife. Based on the true story of the science fiction writer Taku Mayumura.
