MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

A shepherd boy watches as falls to earth spacecraft leaving the five occupants who take human form, who come to the earth for men, the queen sent them to find ten men with which experience a vaccine, as men on your planet have no life for a virus. Blue Demon and the police involved when they begin to learn of kidnappings near a hotel in a nearby forest where the spacecraft crashed.
