MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1942 film?

Blondie organizes Housewives Association of America to carry out the duties of the home front during the war, including guarding the local dam. A Dagwood and the other husbands do not mind staying at home doing the cooking and taking care of children, although Dagwood aims to join the army. Blondie dissolve the organization and go home.
