MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1933 film?

A human teenager named Richard Bruce makes his first trip through the Atlantic to London. In the British capital, and also accidentally wrapped in fog and mist, becomes involved with criminals. Richard Bruce discovers the hideout of the kidnappers were engaged also extort a teenager and cold blood liquid base, playing your cards close to your vest, get them to believe that what is at hand craves secret papers have this band of criminals.
