MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1974 film?

The calm of a Western town called Rock Ridge is disrupted by the construction of the railway. The route, which passes through the Indian Territory, being revalued land ? but all of a proud owner. The governor and his evil assistant expect a black sheriff anarchy reigns and the inhabitants abandoned the place, so sell the land to the company.
