MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

In 1962, Calvin Webber, a brilliant but paranoid scientist living with his wife Helen in Los Angeles. In full crisis Cuba missiles, an aircraft has an accident near the home of Webber, who, convinced that nuclear war has broken out, take shelter in a shelter built by Calvin. Thirty-five years later, his son, Adam, born in that kind of time capsule, comes to the surface to see if the Earth is still suitable for human life.
