MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1929 film?

One day, after an argument with Frank, her boyfriend, Alice decides to meet an acquaintance, a teenager talented painter, and accompanies him to his study. Once there, he begins to make advances until finally attempts to rape her. Alice struggles to defend and just killing him with a knife. From that moment, a stranger begins to blackmail him. Meanwhile, Frank, who is a detective from Scotland Yard and who knows nothing of what happened, is designed to solve the murder. A remake called Blackmail (1939) was made based on this movie.
