MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

While searching for a cure for the biological abnormality that gives super powers, Black Mask encounters a terrorist group that plans to launch a bomb of DNA on the human race. But in order to stop them, you must fight against a group of chemically enhanced professional wrestlers. They have the power to become a force monstrous mutants and try the whole world into a mutant.
