MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

In a university residence several students are preparing to spend the Christmas holidays. The residence was once home to Billy, a boy with a tragic childhood and believes that the whole planet lifeless. A strange phone call made from inside the house, marks the beginning of a series of horrific murders. Remake of the eponymous film by Bob Clark. This film is a remake of Navidades negras (1974), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
