MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

In the fourteenth century China, the end of the Yuan Dynasty, the whole Chinese region was under Mongol rule. The Mongols, Han and foreigners Koryo became involved in racial conflict and suffered the tensions caused by the rivalry between local nobles.
