MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

Eric Michaels is a 17 year old boy whose greatest dream is to become an astronaut. All their time is used to build scale models of spacecraft. During a season spent with his father at his home in Oregon, this who is an aerospace engineer, introduces him to the world of space and encourages him in his enthusiasm for the stars and planets. There he met Paul Andrews, the last man on the moon. When Eric must return to Oklahoma with his mother, Paul teaches a beautiful gold chain with a stone, a reminder of his walk on the Moon, and tells a secret, a vision, something that will forever change the future of the space travel and of all humanity.
