MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Nick, a young uneducated, sees before him a future of economic hardship due to the serious illness of his father and the debts of a mobster. To get out of this situation, with the help of his girlfriend, decides to blackmail a millionaire friend, implying a crime.
