MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1984 film?

Wylie, an engineer mediocre, is a special system to launch missiles, which can be inserted into a new tank model that his company wants to sell to the army. To achieve greater performance, two years after it conducted a test in the Middle East, during which Landry, the test manager, loses control of the tank.
