MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

38 years after " Belle de jour " by Luis Buñuel, two characters from the film cross again with the mystery of a secret known only to the male character, if disclosure is necessary for the female character. Although she avoids him, he stalks her until they finally get the attention he confessed his intention to reveal the secret. They set a meeting, a dinner during which she, now a widow, awaits the expected revelation what he said to her husband when he was mute and paralyzed by a shot fired by a loving it. The situation is tense and she ends up not knowing what really happened. This is the revenge of it because the lady never let him have her.
