MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

As every year, the commissioner Paul Bellamy is installed in the family home of his wife Françoise who dreams end of the world cruises. Paul can not live without Françoise but hates traveling. A double pretext requires you to stay in place, the unexpected arrival of his half-brother Jacques, an adventurer who likes alcohol, and the emergence of a cornered man claiming protection.
