MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

When Sarah takes Beethoven to spend summer vacation with his uncle Barmy Freddie in an old mining town, the mischievous dog " digs " the clue to a legendary hidden fortune. So everyone wants to be the best dog friend, instant his discovery triggered a frantic treasure hunt among the cast of wacky characters that make up the city.
