MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Bats mutated, the result of a genetic experiment failed government, have become smart and carnivores and attack people of a village near Gallup, Texas. The zoologist - bats specialist Sheila Casper and her assistant Jimmy come to the village to help, but can not prevent the military meddling. This movie is part of the Bats trilogy (1999, 2007).
