MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Vanessa Stewart is a beautiful artist who works for his father's company. Therefore, travels to Venice for business and knows there an Irish television reporter Bill Fitzgerald. Although she is engaged, both fall madly in love in four days. So, Vanessa returns to the U.S. and breaks her engagement, but, while Bill is sent to a war zone and kidnapped by one of the warring parties. Shortly thereafter, there is a charred body looks like hers.
