MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

Banjo's story begins on a farm in Payson. In it lives a family of cats consists of the parents and three children. The youngest is Banjo, dedicated the whole day to make mischief. One day her two sisters launched the roof of the coop to check what he heard a human being " when cats fall from the roof always do on all fours ." This causes the cat angry father immediately giving you a minute to find a stick with which to punish him.
